What is the return policy ?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return of any full priced items subject to the following conditions:

  • The item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase in all original packaging. 
  • The item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn and unaltered.
  • Return postage for change of mind refunds to be covered by the customer. State Of Mind will not be responsible for covering of return postage on change of mind returns.

FAULTY ITEMS 

  • Please contact us via email at contact@stateofmindjewellery.com within 48 hours of receiving your product if you believe it to have a manufacturing fault. Please provide photos of the fault so we can assess and recommend the best course of action. If the item is deemed faulty, you will be offered a replacement or full refund.
  • State Of Mind will cover the return shipping costs of faulty items if/when it's required to send the faulty goods back to the State Of Mind office. 
  • Please note: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to show up in your account. 

PLEASE NOTE 

  • No returns on sale items, unless deemed faulty.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty and it's required to be sent back to State Of Mind for further assessment.
  • We encourage you to return your parcel via tracked postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by State Of Mind. 
How do I get my ear cuff to fit better?

If your ear cuff feels too loose or becomes uncomfortable after wearing it, this is for you.

Our ear cuffs are designed to be gently adjusted once or twice to achieve your perfect fit. Simply pull the opening slightly wider or gently squeeze it closed until it feels secure and comfortable. Avoid excessive adjusting, as this can loosen stones over time.

Some styles are easier to adjust by hand than others. For firmer styles, such as the Luna, we recommend placing the blades of a pair of scissors into the opening and gently opening the scissors. This creates an even adjustment while avoiding pressure on your fingertips or nails.

Please note, once you adjust your cuff you can not return it.
How to wear our ear cuffs ?

Simply apply our ear cuffs by gently pulling the top of your ear taut, slip it on and slide the cuff down until you find a comfortable and secure spot.

Note: All ears are different so pulling the ear taut at the top makes it thinner, therefore easier to slip on. Not everyone will need to do this step. Our cuffs can be squeezed gently to ensure a secure fit.
How to wear our clip on earrings ?

Gently pull the padded back open just enough to slip your ear in. Once your earring is in your desired position on your ear lobe, gently squeeze the front piece and back padding to secure.

Note: Our clip on earrings are highly adjustable therefore very delicate. Adjusting must be kept to a minimum however, as over bending these pieces can lead to breakage.

All orders within NZ are delivered to you using NZ Post courier service.

$9 for all NZ wide orders

A rural delivery surcharge of $5.50 may apply to orders delivered to a rural address.
